Effective date: May 22, 2026
RosterRadar ("RosterRadar," "we," "us") helps recruits, families, and fans track NCAA Women's Hockey rosters and verbal commitments. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — your email address and, if you provide it, your name.
- Recruit profile — playing position, high-school graduation year, height, shooting hand, and your home city, state, and ZIP code. Your home location is used only to calculate distance to colleges; we do not need or store a full street address.
- Your activity — the teams you favorite, your rankings, notes, decision criteria, and ratings.
- Submissions — commitment and transfer reports you choose to submit.
- Payment information — Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your card details directly; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage data — pages visited and general device and browser information, collected through Google Analytics.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. We also use Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential cookies are required for the site to function.
How we use your information
- To provide and operate your account and the Pro decision-support tools.

How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run RosterRadar:
